Tie-On Waist Beads are traditional African waist beads that can not be removed once they are tied. They are Semi- permanent which means you keep them on at all times. They become one with your body as you embrace your journey. Elastic Waist Beads are removable for Versatility. You can put them on or take them off whenever you like.
Place the measuring tape exactly where you would like the beads to fall. Where the zero and the other number meets is your measurement in inches. You can measure just above the navel, below the navel or hip line. Don’t suck in your stomach!
- Wrap Beads around your stomach where you would like them to sit.
- Remove excess beads if necessary.
- Double or triple knot string securely.
- Cut off excess string while leaving a little.
My Waist beads are made to fit women of ALL Sizes and Shapes. My website offers up to 50 inches, if a larger size is needed please let me know.

Find a quiet place where you will not be interrupted. Begin to visualize & feel your intentions. Say your intentions out loud as you tie on or clasp your beads on.

You can use the body scrub in the bath or shower. To avoid damaging the skin, make sure your body is wet with warm water. Apply scrubs with hands. Cover your body with an appropriate amount of body scrub, and use circular motions, massage it into your skin. Rinse off and follow up a moisturizing lotion.
Add one and a half to two tablespoons(Half of Tube) to your tub fill with warm water. Immerse your body all the way to your neck and soak for at least 30 minutes. Close your eyes and practice some deep breathing. Not only do they help remove toxins, but you will be left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The Detox Baths are great for your body and soul.
To help avoid cleaning a messy tub, you can pour the detox bath into the tea filter included. Tie the tea filter on the tub faucet and let the warm water run over it,
